Time & Materials

On-demand IT work with an agreed limit.

Windows, Mac, and Linux support for problems whose exact effort cannot honestly be fixed in advance. The rate and estimate or spending cap are agreed privately in writing before work begins.

Time-and-materials

Written scope, agreed rate, estimate first.

Every engagement starts with a written problem statement, a stated working boundary, an agreed hourly rate, and either an estimate or spending cap. No rate appears on this site. Work stops at the approved limit unless you authorize more in writing, so a small engagement cannot quietly become a large invoice.

Time-and-materials is not a managed-service offer: there is no retainer, no response-time SLA, and no 24/7 coverage attached to it. Each piece of work ends at its stated deliverable.

Good T&M candidates

Short, uncertain, or investigative work.

When the outcome and deliverables are already clear, Professional Services is usually the better boundary. Compare Professional Services.

Time & Materials

On-demand support

Accounts, email, files, devices, applications, and ordinary breakage for supported Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.

Time & Materials

Investigation and remediation

A technical problem whose cause or full repair effort is not known yet, handled within an approved diagnostic estimate or spending cap.

Time & Materials

One-time operations work

A bounded task with a named owner and handoff that does not justify a larger project or ongoing managed-service agreement.

Request an estimate

Describe the problem and the limit that matters.

Include the affected Windows, Mac, or Linux systems, what changed, the business impact, relevant access or timing constraints, and the outcome you want. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, or other secrets.
