How it works

A sequence of ownership decisions, technical work, and read-back checks.

The delivery sequence keeps ownership decisions, technical work, verification, and handoff visible. Timing is confirmed for the accepted scope before work begins.

Delivery map

Six steps. Four stages. Clear human gates.

Technical work moves forward only after the owner has the information needed to approve the next consequential choice.

  1. Discover

    Qualify the boundary

    What happens
Confirm the entity, named people, data sensitivity, devices, migration condition, decision owner, and what remains outside the standard setup.
    Human gate
Founder confirms factual inputs and the scope boundary.
    You receive
    Accepted scope record
  2. Build

    Establish custody

    What happens
Record domain and tenant owners, create named identities, set roles, and place recovery custody with the customer.
    Human gate
Customer approves privileged access and recovery custody.
    You receive
    Ownership inventory
  3. Secure communications

    What happens
Configure the approved workspace path, email authentication, included devices, backup ownership, the included client-owned AI account and API key, and agreed access controls.
    Human gate
Customer approves vendor terms, charges, and activation.
    You receive
    Working baseline
  4. Build the working layer

    What happens
Organize files and work; add one bounded automation only when it has an owner, manual fallback, error path, and disable step.
    Human gate
Owner accepts the workflow and its fallback.
    You receive
    Operating guides + fallback
  5. Verify

    Exercise and evidence

    What happens
Run the agreed recovery check, inspect the actual state, and record verified, open, blocked, and not-applicable controls.
    Human gate
Evidence is read back; unresolved items stay visible.
    You receive
    Evidence matrix + restore receipt
  6. Handoff

    Teach and hand over

    What happens
Walk through the guides, confirm the customer can operate the result, and transfer or remove provider access at closeout.
    Human gate
Founder accepts the handoff and residual risks.
    You receive
    Handoff pack + closeout record

Human gates stay human

Ownership is not the same as asking the founder to design the stack.

The path is intentionally opinionated. The founder still confirms factual business inputs and approves vendor terms, disclosed charges, privileged access, production activation, emergency-service details, recovery custody, and final acceptance.

Those are safety and ownership gates. They are not a hidden consulting workshop or an invitation to assemble the solution alone.

Start with the boundary

Four answers lead to the right quote path.

A standard fit gets the fixed base-package quote. Anything outside that boundary prepares a custom request you review before sending.
